Role Summary

The Material Sales Manager will be responsible for material movement, inventory control, and coordination with the sales team to ensure timely collection, storage, and dispatch of recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound material flow at the warehouse
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for material collection schedules
• Ensure proper segregation, storage, and documentation of e-waste materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety guidelines
• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and vendors
• Support sales team with material availability data and reporting
• Assist during audits, inspections, and client visits

Skills & Competencies

• Inventory and material management
• Basic understanding of e-waste categories and handling
• Coordination and people management
• Knowledge of documentation, safety and compliance norms
• MS Excel & email communication is a must

Preferred Background

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or recycling units
• Exposure to e-waste handling and compliance is an added advantage
