Compliance Clerk -Government Materials
DEPARTMENT: Strategic Initiatives
LOCATION: 2160 Old Selma Road
NORMAL WORKING HOURS: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: None
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintains periodic customer contact in support of reporting data and Inventory requirements for manufacturing and Service contracts. Follows up on customer requirements and conduct corrective action plans as appropriate; provides input for data reports and input regarding budget to business team members and assists with annual sales projection and updates based on industrial data and customer information.
2. Helps prepare and review item specifications for new or ongoing contracts and assists in maintaining all records necessary for DCMA contract performance requirements.
3. Obtains, reviews, and provides government and private sector required data in regard to reports or other e-mail correspondence requested or other new record keeping requirements needed to maintain contract compliance.
4. Plans to maintain item inventory in multiple locations and maintain required reporting as required. Will also monitor item outages and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain parts availability.
5. Assist in development and maintaining of overall inventory system.
6. Assist in and coordinates inventory control and material purchases for assigned contracts.
7. Will assist in containment of non-conforming parts issues, may be required to sort good parts from bad when issues occur.
8. Plans, schedules and oversees periodic cycle counts for Mfg. and Service contracts.
9. Promotes good public relations with agencies, contractors, staff and general public.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong leadership skills
2. Negative Results of a Two-Step Mantoux TB Test and Drug Screening.
3. Satisfactory Results of Local and State Records Background Check.
4. Valid State Driver’s License.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred

1. Maintains confidentiality

3. Demonstrates and maintains regular attendance per work schedule
4. Is aware of and adheres to personnel manual and department rules and regulations
5. Provides accurate and timely records
6. May serve on various committees
7. Performs other duties related to the specific Customer Service assignment as assigned by his manager
