MATERIALS ENGINEER

• Follow and implement the company’s quality system.
• Evaluating, registering, testing and reporting received materials.
• providing technical advice about the suitability and diagnosing faults of received materials.
• advising on, planning and organizing inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• overseeing operational quality control processes.
• liaising with suppliers, customers and manufacturing/development staff.
• supervising engineering and technical staff in special projects.
• undertaking relevant research and site visits.
• use computers and perform mathematical calculations for the preparation of graphs.
• Preparing and checking materials reports, invoices and submittals.
• Any other duty to be assigned.

متابعه و الاشراف علي جميع أنشطة المعمل اليومية.

استلام العينات وتسجيلها وضمان سلامة إجراءات الاختبار.

إجراء اختبارات: التربة – الخرسانة – الأسفلت – والمواد الإنشائية المختلفة.

إعداد نتائج الاختبارات بدقة و عمل التقارير

متابعة معايرة أجهزة المختبر والتأكد من جاهزيتها.

الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة داخل المختبر.

التواصل مع العملاء والجهات الهندسية عند الحاجة.

• المؤهلات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية / هندسة مواد / أي تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مختبرات التربة والخرسانة والأسفلت.

معرفة جيدة بكودات واشتراطات الاختبارات (ASTM – AASHTO – BS).متابعه و الاشراف علي جميع أنشطة المعمل اليومية.
