Materials Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled Material Engineer with experience in projects related to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW). The successful candidate must possess all necessary certificates and documents required to work in Kuwait, including a valid Civil ID.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze material specifications and performance requirements for construction projects.
• Supervise material testing and evaluate results to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for materials used in construction.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to select appropriate materials for specific applications.
• Conduct site inspections to assess material usage and ensure projects meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to materials and tests conducted.
• Advise on the proper handling and storage of materials to prevent degradation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in material technology.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Material Engineer in the construction industry
• Experience with PAHW projects is essential
• Valid Civil ID and other relevant work documents
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of material properties
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
