<p><b>Shift Details</b></p><p>Monday – Friday – 0800-1630</p><p></p><p><b>About This Role</b></p><p>The Materials Management Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting cross-functional operations within the RTP Bio/Pharma sites in a cGMP environment. This position ensures the efficient coordination of outbound shipments, accurate inventory management, and continuous process improvement. The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the handling, storage, and movement of critical materials, including raw materials, drug substances, drug products, and cell banks.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate all outbound shipments of material samples, raw materials, drug substances, drug products, and cell banks by collaborating with cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>Ensure all required shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing slips) is accurate and complete while maintaining cGMP compliance and a safe working environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><p>You are a highly motivated, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
