Materials Management Supervisor

Our dedicated physicians and staff strive to achieve optimal surgical outcomes in a patient focused atmosphere. We are looking for Materials Management Supervisor to join our team.

Responsible for overseeing the entire materials management process, including inventory control, purchasing, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time to meet the needs of the organization while optimizing inventory levels and cost efficiency.

Hours: Full time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks), Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Pulls patient case carts, exchange carts, supplies, and outdated items. Assists with counts and ensures an organized and tidy appearance of the supply room.
• Receives and distributes supplies to the appropriate departments.
• Labels, rotates and checks and pulls outdated supplies both in our department and the departments we serve.
• Purchases, codes, and seeks approval for new implants and supplies.
• Ensures accurate periodic and yearly inventories are complete.
• Maintains implants inventory.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical and inventory experience preferred.
• Experience inputting and retrieving data from a computer.
• Prior experience in a leadership position preferred.
