Position Overview:
Focuses on customer needs and customer satisfaction, projects a positive customer service environment to both internal and external customers, and promotes and encourages an attitude of exemplary customer service and integrity to all staff within Facilities Management.
Responsibilities:

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods delivered to Client

Monitoring of stock level and prepare necessary requisition if stock reach the ordering point

Co-ordination with QA/ QC, and production dept. for issuance of material to shop floor

Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
-
Managed all aspects of store presentation, Training and ensured customer satisfaction

Display and organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

Diploma (minimum requirement)

10–12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
