Materials Supply and Logistics Associate

Job Overview
Ohio Orthopedic Surgery Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Supply and Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. Hourly pay rate is based on experience.

This role is essential in managing the flow of materials, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring seamless inventory management across our two Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in supply chain management, inventory control, communication, and in contributing to operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, replenishment, and cycle counts using our software system.
• Manage procurement activities by sourcing materials, negotiating pricing, and maintaining supplier relationships to optimize costs and supply continuity.
• Implement process improvements related to materials handling, category management, packaging, and operations to increase productivity.
• Monitor inventory control metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during materials handling activities such as forklift operation and warehouse safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in medical supply and inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
