The Gathering Place Learning Lab is a joyful, all-girls microschool where math mastery opens doors. We are seeking an emotionally attuned, firm-but-loving Math Adjunct to lead two pods, grades 3–5 and grades 6–8, through small-group, in-person math workshops twice a week.

Job Hours: Candidates must be available to work between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM; this is not an after-school role.

What You Will Do:

• Lead engaging, standards-aligned math workshops for two pods.
• Guide girls toward true mastery of math concepts and skills.
• Monitor and support an online math intervention program for targeted growth.
• Connect math to real-world scenarios, with occasional science connections.
• Build confidence and help make each girl’s learning journey personal and empowering.
