Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Math Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and enhance instructional materials for school-level mathematics. The role involves combining subject expertise with innovative teaching strategies to create engaging and effective learning content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop math curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials aligned with academic standards (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board).
• Create engaging worksheets, assessments, projects, and digital content.
• Research and incorporate innovative pedagogical practices to make math interactive and student-friendly.
• Collaborate with subject experts, teachers, and instructional designers for curriculum planning.
• Review and update existing content to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Integrate technology-based tools (apps, simulations, interactive exercises) into the curriculum.
• Provide training and support to teachers on curriculum implementation.
• Monitor curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in curriculum design, teaching, or educational content development.
• Strong subject expertise in mathematics with problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching strategies and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
