Math Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Math Instructor to inspire learners of all ages and backgrounds. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive math education (we provide the curriculum and teaching methods), from basic arithmetic to advanced topics such as Algebra to SAT prep. Your expertise will help students develop critical thinking skills, confidence, and a love for mathematics. Duties

• Teach and assist students with the implementation of our comprehensive individualized lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs, including early childhood education, high school, and early college concepts.
• Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and exams; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in maintaining center environments effectively to promote positive behavior and active participation among students of all ages.
• Provide assistance with rewards and incentives by fostering a positive attitude and center environment.
• Assist with daily center compliance (light cleaning and maintenance of systems).
• Provide a positive attitude, show empathy and compassion (by building positive relationships with our students during center interactions).

• Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital tools that facilitate interactive lessons and online instruction.
• Excellent tutoring skills with the ability to adapt explanations for different learning styles and needs.
• Classroom management expertise to create a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement.
• Solid computer skills including familiarity with educational software and data analysis tools relevant to teaching complex subjects like machine learning or physiology knowledge.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds while demonstrating patience and cultural sensitivity.
