Math & Science Mission Early College High School Tutoring Program

Do you have a passion for helping students succeed? Are you an expert in high-level math or science? The Mission Early College High School (MECH) Tutoring Program is seeking enthusiastic and qualified tutors to join our team for the 2025-2026 academic year.

We are particularly looking for tutors with expertise in:

• Math: Must be able to effectively teach up to Calculus.
• Science: Must be knowledgeable and comfortable covering topics up to Physics.

In this role, you will:

• Work with students in small groups or individually to provide targeted support in high school and college-level math, and science courses.
• Tailor your instruction to meet the specific needs and learning styles of each student.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence.

Program Schedule:

• Days: Tuesday - Friday
• Time: 8:30am - 12:05pm (Lunch 12:05-12:40) 12:40-2:30 PM

Tutoring Format: Small groups and 1:1 (depending on student needs and tutor availability)Attendance: No regular attendance requirements for students (students can attend as needed)
