Job Overview
Piannova Mind and Music are seeking passionate tutors for one-on-one sessions in math and science across all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring, with a particular focus on Math and Science, and a commitment to providing personalized instruction that empowers students to achieve academic excellence.

Duties

• Provide one-on-one or semi-private tutoring sessions in subjects such as math, physics, chemistry and other science subjects.
• Proactively lead and guide learning, suggest exercises, provide feedback, offer examples, and actively engage students in practice
• Deliver customized lessons that follow the BC curriculum and align with school instruction, ensuring students are well-prepared to perform successfully on quizzes and tests.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages student participation.
• Utilize computer skills to integrate technology into lessons and enhance the learning experience.
• Communicate regularly with parents and company regarding student progress and areas for improvement.

Experienced Tutor Requirements:

• An advanced degree in Math, Science or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful tutoring
• Excellent computer skills for lesson planning and student engagement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and company.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
