Math Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the primary curriculum
• Teach number, measurement, geometry, data handling, and problem-solving skills
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Differentiate lessons for students with different abilities and learning styles
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress regularly
• Use assessment data to inform lesson planning and improve student outcomes
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
• Identify students who need additional support and provide appropriate interventions
• Encourage critical thinking, reasoning, and mathematical discussion in the classroom
• Create a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
• Use hands-on resources, games, and technology to support learning
• Promote positive behaviour and student engagement
• Support students’ confidence and enjoyment of mathematics
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress and needs
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Collaborate with other teachers in planning and moderation
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and curriculum guidelines
• Support whole-school initiatives and events
• Continuously reflect on teaching practice to improve effectiveness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
