Job Title: Math / Quant Trainer – Test Preparation (SAT, GMAT, GRE & APs)

About the Role

Score Plus is seeking passionate and dynamic Math/Quant Trainers to join The Princeton Review’s Test Preparation Academic Team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will empower students to achieve their highest potential in standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, and AP Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective Math/Quant lessons aligned with The Princeton Review’s proven test-prep curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and maintain high levels of classroom engagement.
• Motivate students to achieve their target scores and build their confidence as test-takers.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability—arrive on time, communicate promptly with students, and ensure assignment completion.
• Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment that promotes academic growth.
• Conduct seminars and workshops at schools, universities, and corporate venues to promote test-prep awareness.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development workshops, training programs, and academic meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Preferred: Prior experience teaching test-prep courses (SAT, GMAT, GRE, or AP Math).
• Strong command of quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech.
• 93 Percentile Scores in GMAT/GRE/SAT Tests
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience with strong credentials

· Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives
