grade math teacher who will share their love of learning with our students.
Responsibilities

Instruct students in math curriculum, per diocesan guidelines

Serve as an advisor to small group of Middle School students, providing a safe place for them to strengthen academic and social-emotional competencies

Integrate technology and innovations into classes
-
Understand the content, create cross-curricular connections, and design instructional plans that include higher order thinking

Collaborate with colleagues and administration in order to provide successful educational, faith-filled experiences for students
-
Offer an elective based upon personal and student interests
Minimum Requirements:
-
Candidates must have NC teaching licensure or have the qualifications to obtain NC teaching licensure

Employment is contingent upon applicant satisfactorily passing criminal background and reference checks

Must complete diocese-sponsored Safe Environment Training

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, math or related field.

Experience with technology and its integration into the curriculum
