Math Teacher Primary

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Designing and implementing math lesson plans and activities that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Instruction: Delivering engaging, interactive math instruction, including explaining concepts, solving problems, and providing hands-on learning opportunities.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Regularly assessing student understanding through assignments, tests, and other evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Classroom Management: Creating and maintaining a safe, positive, and disciplined learning environment where students can thrive.
• Student Support: Providing additional support to students who are struggling, including individual or small group tutoring.
• Parent Communication: Regularly communicating with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and foster strong home-school relationships.
• Collaboration: Working with other teachers, administrators, and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and contribute to a collaborative learning community.
• Professional Development: Participating in ongoing professional development to stay updated on current teaching techniques and educational best practices.
