Math Tutor-80% in-person

Responsibilities:

- Provide tutoring sessions to middle and high school students in Math, Physics, SAT & ACT-prep.- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles.
- Utilize learning technology and additional resources to enhance student's experience.
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents & employer.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents, if requested.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics or Engineering..
- Experience tutoring or teaching Math, etc.- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being tutored (e.g., Math, Science, English)
- Familiarity with curriculum & lesson planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and present information effectively to students of different ages and backgrounds
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students' availability

Preferred Skills:
- Experience tutoring middle and high school students.
- Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques(preferred)

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
