About Tazu
Tazu is an AI-powered learning platform designed to help GCSE and IGCSE students prepare for examinations more effectively. Our system converts past examination papers into structured digital questions and uses AI to guide students through a Socratic learning process that helps them understand concepts rather than memorise answers.
To ensure the highest academic accuracy and quality, we are looking for a Mathematics Content Reviewer who will review and validate questions derived from past examination papers.
Role Overview
The Mathematics Content Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing GCSE and IGCSE mathematics questions that have been digitised from past papers. The role involves ensuring that questions, diagrams, equations and answer formats are accurately reproduced and correctly categorised.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that students using Tazu receive reliable and high-quality academic content.
Key Responsibilities
· Review mathematics questions digitised from GCSE and IGCSE past papers
· Verify that the question text, diagrams, symbols and equations are correctly represented
· Ensure answer formats and mark scheme logic are correctly structured
· Identify and correct any transcription or formatting errors
· Validate that questions are categorised correctly by topic and difficulty
· Provide feedback where questions may require clarification or correction
· Maintain consistency in mathematical notation and formatting across the platform
· Work with the Tazu product team to improve content accuracy and structure
Requirements
· Minimum Grade A in A-Level Mathematics (or equivalent qualification)
· Strong understanding of GCSE and IGCSE mathematics curriculum
· Excellent attention to detail when reviewing mathematical content
· Ability to verify equations, diagrams and numerical accuracy
· Comfortable working with structured digital content and reviewing large question sets
· Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field
· Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, exam marking, or curriculum development
· Familiarity with GCSE/IGCSE exam boards such as Edexcel, AQA, or Cambridge
