Mathematics Teacher (Secondary & GCSE Level)

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons in line with the British National Curriculum (KS3–KS4 / GCSE). Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students, including those with different learning styles and abilities. Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in accordance with school policies and examination board requirements. Create a stimulating classroom environment that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and a love for learning mathematics. Prepare students for GCSE/IGCSE examinations, ensuring they achieve their fullest academic potential. Use a variety of teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning and engagement. Collaborate with colleagues and department heads to plan cross-curricular activities and share best practices. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs. Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
