Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Mathematics Teacher for our CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the subject, the ability to make mathematical concepts engaging and accessible, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive classroom environment.

Mandatory Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from a recognized university.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
• Certification:
• CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or UPTET (Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification is mandatory as per CBSE affiliation norms.
• Language Proficiency:
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, well-structured lessons in Mathematics for the assigned classes as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Pedagogy: Employ a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles and make mathematics engaging and understandable.
• Assessment: Create and conduct formative and summative assessments, including unit tests, projects, and assignments. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Lab & Activity-Based Learning: Effectively use the Mathematics Lab and integrate technology, activities, and real-life applications to strengthen conceptual understanding.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Syllabus & Paper Setting: Be responsible for completing the syllabus in a timely manner and setting question papers for terminal and annual examinations.
• Parental Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and development.
• School Activities: Actively participate in school events, meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.

Required Skills & Attributes

• In-depth knowledge of the CBSE Mathematics curriculum and evaluation scheme.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Proficiency in using smart boards, educational software, and MS Office for teaching.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of educators.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per CBSE norms.
