Mathematics Teacher - US Curriculum

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher role based in Dubai. The Mathematics Teacher will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes across assigned grade levels, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, integrating problem-solving and real-life applications, and maintaining accurate records of student achievement. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, participate in parent meetings and school events, and contribute to a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment.
Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education , with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
• Proven experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development , including designing differentiated and engaging learning activities.
• Recognized status as a Qualified Teacher , with appropriate teaching certification or licensure for school-level mathematics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
• Experience teaching in an international or diverse school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and a student-centered, inclusive approach to teaching.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with students, colleagues, and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and openness to feedback and reflective practice.
