Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students of Class 7 to 12 as per CBSE syllabus.
• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that engage students and foster a love for Mathematics.
• Develop and implement individual learning plans for students based on their needs and abilities.
• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, tests, and conduct regular assessments.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress to parents and academic coordinators.
• Provide extra support for students preparing for Board Examinations (Class 10 & 12).
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes as needed.
• Encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• B.Ed. or teaching qualification preferred (not mandatory for experienced tutors).
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics at CBSE schools or coaching centres.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum for classes 7th to 12th.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to teach advanced concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms.
• Positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
