Role Summary

We are hiring a Subject Teacher who will not only teach but also guide students through structured academic systems.

This role combines:

• Concept teaching
• Work planning
• Doubt resolution
• Study scheduling
• Technology-supported learning

This is not a traditional lecture-only teaching job.

Core Structure of the Role

1. Teaching & Concept Guidance

• Explain subject concepts clearly (Maths / Science / English)
• Ensure strong conceptual understanding
• Help students solve academic doubts
• Prepare small assessments or practice sheets when required

2. Study Planning & Work Management

• Help students organize daily and weekly study schedules
• Monitor homework and task completion
• Prioritize work based on deadlines and difficulty
• Guide students who feel confused about where to start

3. Doubt Support & Resource Guidance

• Help students find appropriate learning resources (videos, notes, examples)
• Ensure doubts are fully resolved
• Encourage independent problem-solving
• Avoid spoon-feeding answers

4. AI-Supported Learning

• Introduce students to basic AI tools for academic support
• Teach students how to use AI responsibly (for understanding, not copying)
• Help students frame better questions
• Monitor correct usage of digital tools

5. Academic Monitoring

• Track student progress using internal dashboard tools
• Identify weak areas early
• Adjust study strategies when needed
• Maintain accurate academic records

Required Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,436.14 - ₹37,458.26 per month
