Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of curriculum guidelines.
- Conduct individual student assessments to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage students with interactive and practical activities to enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Prepare students for board examinations and other competitive assessments.
- Maintain and update academic records for each student.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity and coherence in educational programs.
- Participate in professional development programs and educational conferences.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and upcoming educational opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum guidelines for senior secondary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
