roles and responsibilities:

1. Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• Plan and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly using multiple teaching strategies
• Use real-life examples to make abstract concepts meaningful
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs

2. Lesson Planning & Preparation

• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and learning activities
• Select appropriate teaching materials and resources
• Integrate technology (calculators, math software, smart boards)
• Prepare students progressively from basic to advanced concepts

3. Assessment & Evaluation

• Design quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments
• Assess students’ understanding and progress regularly
• Analyze results to identify learning gaps
• Provide constructive feedback and grades

4. Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment
• Establish clear classroom rules and expectations
• Encourage student participation and collaboration
• Manage time effectively during lessons

5. Student Support & Guidance

• Offer extra help to struggling students
• Challenge advanced learners with enrichment activities
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Build students’ confidence and reduce math anxiety

6. Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate students’ progress with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings
• Share strategies and best practices with colleagues

7. Professional Development

• Stay updated with new teaching methods and curriculum changes
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and seminars
• Reflect on teaching practices to improve effectiveness

8. Ethical & Professional Responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
