Maths Teacher - Middle School

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will teach Classes 6 to 8, following the CBSE curriculum, and also introduce foundation-level concepts aligned with JEE/NEET preparation. The role includes delivering engaging lessons, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing a strong mathematical base among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective Math lessons for Classes 6–8 as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Introduce and integrate foundation-level concepts related to JEE/NEET (specifically Mathematical Reasoning, Algebra, Geometry, etc.).
• Develop age-appropriate academic content, worksheets, and assessments aligned with both CBSE and foundation goals.
• Prepare students for Olympiads, Talent Exams, and competitive foundational tests.
• Use innovative teaching strategies, technology tools, and differentiated instruction to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Monitor student progress regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with Science faculty for interdisciplinary integration related to NEET foundation concepts.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events as needed.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics or related discipline + B.Ed. (Preferred, not mandatory for freshers)
• Skills Required:

• Strong conceptual knowledge in school-level Mathematics
• Familiarity with JEE/NEET foundation concepts
• Effective communication and classroom management skills
• Proficiency with digital teaching tools (Smart Boards, PPTs, online platforms)
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young studentsDesirable:

• Experience teaching in a CBSE school or coaching institute is a plus
• Prior exposure to Olympiad / NTSE / Foundation-level training desirable but not mandatory
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
