Maths Teacher(CBSE School)

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the CBSE curriculum standards for mathematics.
• Instruction & Assessment: Deliver effective lessons, utilize varied teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, and assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Classroom Environment: Create a positive, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment that encourages student curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
• Student Support: Provide individualized instruction and additional support to slow learners and students needing extra help.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
• Professional Development: Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay updated on educational practices and technologies.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall teaching environment and curriculum.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• CBSE Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum and examination standards is essential.
• Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, principles, formulas, and applications.
• Classroom Management: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, enforce discipline, and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools is beneficial.
