Math/Science Teachers Grades K-5 (SY 26-27)

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a dedication to educating students in an engaging and effective manner.

Duties:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback
- Communicate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to meet students' educational needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts and principles
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students in learning
- Experience in classroom management and behavior management
- Proficiency in learning technology to enhance teaching methods
- Previous experience in tutoring or mentoring students
- Familiarity with education administration processes
- Proofreading skills for reviewing student work
- Understanding of physical education integration into the curriculum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,860.76 - $61,251.66 per year
