Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mathematics & Computer Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both disciplines, capable of integrating technology and logical reasoning into classroom learning, and committed to fostering innovation, analytical thinking, and computational literacy among students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and Computer Science aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning goals.
• Teach mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, ratios, statistics, and problem-solving strategies.
• Deliver computer science topics including programming fundamentals, computational thinking, digital literacy, and emerging technologies.
• Design and conduct hands-on, project-based learning activities that connect mathematics and computing to real-world applications.
• Integrate STEM-based learning and digital tools to enhance classroom instruction.
• Evaluate and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with peers to develop cross-curricular projects and interdisciplinary lessons.
• Stay current with technological trends and best practices in STEM education.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and academic standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong command of mathematics and computer science pedagogy.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in learners.
• Proficiency in using educational technology, coding platforms, and digital learning tools.
