Big Minds Unschool-Pleasanton Campus
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to work 1:1 with our 2e students as a Math/STEM Coach and, potentially, in small-group classes. This individual will create and develop a plan with the student's interests and learning styles in mind. Initially, this job will be in-person at our Pleasanton Campus. We want someone who thinks outside the box, is flexible, and has a creative passion for STEM and Mathematics. There is very little red tape on our campus, so the sky is the limit for your instruction and creative practice. Please bring passion for these subject areas. If you know a bit about coding, that's also a plus! Neurodivergent folks are encouraged to apply. You do not need a credential for this position, but education or demonstrated passion and experience in the subject area are appreciated. Please explore our website, prior to applying, to learn more about our very outside-of-the-box model. Applications with thoughtful cover letters stand out to us.
Please see below for job responsibilities.
