Responsibilities

• Support the communication and marketing efforts for Inspire and its family of restaurant brands video/photography work.
• Attend team and client meetings, taking notes and participating in collaborations.
• Work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams, at the corporate, brand and franchisee level.
• Collaborate and learn from other creatives of various skillsets, specialties, and levels of experience to create and execute high quality work.
• Assist in the development of digital, print and social assets during photo and video shoots
• Support crew needs, including but not limited to, setting up and taking down equipment, coordinating catering, and shopping for food styling and props.
• Continuously organize and maintain the graphic elements and video library. Maintain digital files and ensure that projects are properly archived, documented and accessible.
  
  

Education Qualifications

• Working towards a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Media/Production/Photography OR broadcast/Visual Media degree.
  
  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Or ABILITIES

• Knowledge of workflow process in video/photography and workflow in software management.
• Experience with a wide array of media, formats, platforms, and mediums including broadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, outdoor and events, video.
• Fluent in the latest Adobe Creative Cloud suite and creative workflow and project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet.
• Desire to learn and be better through experience while taking direction and cues from more senior team members.
