Maya character Animator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maya Character Animator based in Islamabad. The Maya Character Animator will create dynamic and expressive character animations using Autodesk Maya, develop and refine motion capture data, ensure character rigging is optimized for animation, and collaborate on storyboarding for effective storytelling. The role requires a strong focus on creativity, precision, and an understanding of animation principles to bring characters and scenes to life.

• Proficiency in Motion Capture and the ability to refine motion data for character animations.
• Advanced skills in Rigging and Animation, with expertise in Autodesk Maya.
• Experience with Storyboarding and visual storytelling techniques to enhance character narratives.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, movement, and timing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Previous experience working on character animation projects is a strong advantage.
