What You’ll Do

As Parts Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth, efficient, and profitable parts operation:

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate the Parts Department team
• Maintain inventory levels and special orders to consistently achieve a 90% fill rate
• Ensure all factory pricing, policies, and training requirements are met
• Oversee accurate parts invoicing and manage parts returns
• Maintain and reconcile parts inventory within CDK
• Manage and optimize the Parts Bin system
• Keep the department clean, organized, and operating at peak efficiency

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Mazda parts department experience required
• Strong knowledge of parts pricing and inventory systems
• CDK experience required
• Solid computer and digital skills
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a successful team
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
