MBA Fresher(Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA Fresher (Sales/Marketing) to join our team, helping to expand our LED lighting product range. The candidate will support sales activities, conduct market research, and build relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor products/pricing, and understand industry trends in LED technology.
• Lead Generation & Business Development: Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and online research to expand the customer base.
• Sales Support & Documentation: Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for potential clients.
• Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and exhibitions.
• Reporting: Maintain customer databases and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Marketing or Sales (Fresher).
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and a willingness to learn about LED lighting products.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Tools: Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Attributes: Willingness to travel as per business requirements and a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
