Role Overview
We are looking for motivated MBA interns who will support both Marketing activities and Office Maintenance/Administration. The role is designed to offer hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations, marketing campaigns, coordination, and office management.
Key Responsibilities -
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys.
- Support social media content creation, posting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate branding activities, events, and promotional activities.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM records, lead sheets, and marketing databases.
Office Maintenance & Administration
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
- Assist in organizing files, documents, and administrative records.
- Support HR/Operations in scheduling meetings, visitor handling, and communication tasks.
- Report any office maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or recently completed MBA (Marketing/General Management preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
