Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with an MBA in Finance to assist the Senior in managing financial, administrative, and strategic tasks. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure effective support in decision-making and smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to the Senior in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the Senior.
• Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely coordination.
• Assist in preparation of board meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support compliance with company policies.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of Director’s initiatives.
• Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication management for the Senior.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Finance (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh MBA Finance graduates can also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
