This internship designed to provide practical experience across a range of core HR functions. You will work on high-impact projects and gain exposure to real-world business challenges under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Participate in special projects related to HR strategy, policy development, or performance management.

What we're looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, specializing in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software (HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic approach to learning
  • Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing an MBA with an HR specialization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
