Job Description:

ST.COLUMBUS HOSPITAL HAZARIBAGH, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Resident Doctor to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring critical patients, and assisting in medical procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a young doctor to gain valuable experience in a state-of-the-art medical facility like ST.COLUMBUS HOSPITAL HAZARIBAGH.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the condition of ICU patients continuously.
• Assist senior doctors in performing medical procedures and treatments at ST.COLUMBUS HOSPITAL HAZARIBAGH
• Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
• Participate in daily rounds and discuss patient care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure all ICU equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates on conditions and treatment plans.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• Assist in emergency situations and perform CPR and other life-saving measures as needed.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized university.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI), with experience or interest in ICU care at ST. COLUMBUS HOSPITAL
• 0-2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care unit.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
