MBBS, MD- Anaesthesia

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, assess patient history, and determine appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia, as well as sedation techniques, tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patients during and after anesthesia to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.
• Manage perioperative care, including pain management, fluid therapy, and hemodynamic stability.
• Lead and supervise junior anesthetists, residents, nurses, and operating room staff.
• Respond promptly to anesthesia-related and perioperative emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in intensive care management, including ventilatory support and resuscitation where required.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, national regulations, and international standards of anesthesia practice.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Engage in teaching, mentoring, and continuous professional development.
• Participate in research and academic activities when applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,212.65 per month
