Summary

As a McAlister's Deli Crew Member, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a delightful dining experience. Reporting to the shift supervisor, your core responsibilities will include operating the cash register, handling food, and maintaining cleanliness in the deli area. Your proficiency in POS systems and cash handling will enhance efficiency, while your premium skills in food preparation and upselling will drive sales and customer satisfaction. With a focus on teamwork and a fast-paced environment, you will contribute significantly to our deli's success and reputation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant environment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on food handling and safety
• Proficient in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
• Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations

• Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
