McAlister's Deli is looking for energetic, and driven individuals to join our TEAm!

We are the host of hundreds of get-togethers every day, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

What This Position Entails:

• Welcoming and greeting our guests as they enter, thanking them for their visit as they leave.
• Engaging in genuine friendly conversation as you interact with our guests.
• Taking orders and ensuring their accuracy with the guests.
• Learning menu items and having the ability to explain our menu to the guests.
• Responsible for the cash control of your assigned cash drawers. • Delivering orders to guests, ensuring that each order is completed and prepared properly.
• Ensuring that all guest complaints and feedback is taken seriously, and corrected promptly.
• Ensuring that the assigned station is stocked, cleaned and ready for guest service. (Ice bins, tea urns, chips, crackers, etc.)
• You're expected to have the awareness to recognize if you or another team member is about to fall behind and have the ability to render assistance to that station or let other team members know.
• If working in the back of house, you'll be responsible for crafting our delicious McAlister's food to the recipes and standards of McAlister's Deli.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
