BRIEF DESCRIPTION:


Support daily operations within the Technology Department. This role provides hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network systems while assisting with maintenance, inventory, and device management.

WAGE:


$12.50 / hour


HOURS:


Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
40 hours per week (paid lunch included)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Installing, upgrading, and configuring hardware/software.
  • Assist with network tasks, including installation, toning, and labeling ethernet connections.
  • Perform annual cleaning and maintenance of devices and peripherals.
  • Support inventory tracking and device imaging processes.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently with limited supervision.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  • Interact professionally with staff, students, and the community.
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate respectful communication.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and service-oriented attitude.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Transportation to/from the Medina County Career Center.
  • Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
  • Minimum C average in all classes.
