Legal Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Legal Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the legal team, ensuring efficient handling of legal documentation, case management, and client coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and case files
- Maintain and update case management systems and legal databases
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal reports, filings, and correspondence
- Liaise with clients, government entities, and external partners regarding legal matters
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met
- Conduct basic legal research and compile relevant information for case preparation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal legal procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role preferred
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and documentation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
