(MD, DO, NP or PA) Longevity/ Functional Medicine Provider

We're expanding into Massachusetts. We're hiring a provider to help us launch it. You'll start full telehealth, seeing patients across Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. We handle all three state licenses. Once your panel fills, we'll open a brick-and-mortar location in Massachusetts and you'll see patients there in person.

Why This Role Exists

Med Matrix is a functional medicine practice in South Portland, Maine. In 15 months we've grown to 3,000+ patients, and 6 providers. We hold a 4.9-star rating across 150+ Google reviews, and we're bringing in 200+ new patients every month.

We've already proven the model works in Maine. Now we're taking it into Massachusetts. The marketing, the systems, the medical leadership, and the team are already in place. What we need is a provider who wants to help us build the Massachusetts patient base.

What You'll Do

• See patients via telehealth from day one across Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts
• Build personalized treatment plans rooted in functional medicine, addressing root causes instead of chasing symptoms
• Work directly with Dr. Pedro Gonzalez, our medical director and a seasoned functional medicine physician who will guide your clinical growth
• Use the full Med Matrix toolkit: peptides, hormone optimization, IV therapy, advanced testing, lifestyle medicine, and regenerative injection therapies
• Lean on our 6-provider team plus nutritionists, nurses, MAs, and health coaches. You're never solo
• Once we open the Massachusetts brick-and-mortar, see patients there in person

Compensation

• $150K to $350K per year, depending on license type and schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO, or Master's degree with PA-C or NP certification
• Currently licensed (or eligible) in at least one of MA, ME, or NH. We handle the rest
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Comfortable in a multidisciplinary team
• Functional medicine training (A4M, IFM, SSRP) or prior experience in this framework.
• Must be passionate about patient care
