We are seeking a Spanish Speaking mission-driven MD/DO Physician to join our growing primary care team.

Providers may work from one primary site or rotate across nearby clinics (on separate days, not within the same day). Final schedule arrangements are flexible and can be customized based on your preference and availability.

Your Role

As a Family Medicine or Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide full-scope outpatient care in our modern clinics. You’ll focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness across diverse age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adult and/or pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Promote wellness, prevention, and culturally informed patient education.
• Accurately document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Active California Medical License and DEA License.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred: English/Spanish
• Strong commitment to community health and culturally sensitive care.

Pay: $232,000.00 - $290,000.00 per year
