We are looking for a highly strategic Performance Marketing Strategist who understands that successful advertising goes far beyond launching campaigns.

Position Overview
This is NOT a traditional media buying role.
We are looking for someone who can analyze and optimize the complete customer acquisition journey:
Traffic → Landing Page → Conversion → Nurture → Sales Process → Revenue
The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing why a campaign is underperforming even when the issue lies outside the advertising platform itself.
You should be comfortable discussing:

Core Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Acquisition Planning
Develop complete customer acquisition strategies rather than individual campaigns.
Analyze:

  • Business models
  • Customer journeys
  • Sales processes
  • Revenue drivers
  • Customer acquisition costs
  • Customer lifetime value

Create growth plans aligned with business objectives.

Media Buying
Manage and optimize campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Search
  • Google Display
  • YouTube Ads
  • Performance Max
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Other relevant platforms

Responsibilities include:

  • Campaign architecture
  • Budget allocation
  • Audience testing
  • Creative testing
  • Scaling strategies
  • Retargeting systems

Tracking & Attribution
Strong understanding of:

  • Meta Pixel
  • Conversion API (CAPI)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Enhanced Conversions
  • Event Tracking
  • Custom Conversions
  • Attribution Models
  • Server-Side Tracking

Ability to diagnose and fix tracking issues independently.
Must understand how to properly measure:

  • Leads
  • Bookings
  • Purchases
  • Qualified Opportunities
  • Revenue

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
Evaluate and improve:

  • Landing pages
  • Lead forms
  • Sales funnels
  • Qualification flows
  • User experience
  • Conversion bottlenecks

Provide strategic recommendations to improve conversion rates.

Customer Research & Audience Strategy
Conduct:

  • ICP development
  • Market research
  • Competitor analysis
  • Messaging research
  • Offer positioning

Build audience strategies based on customer behavior and buying intent.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze:

  • Landing page performance
  • User behavior
  • Funnel drop-offs
  • Heatmaps
  • Session recordings

Recommend and test improvements.

Reporting & Strategic Reviews
Prepare:

  • Weekly performance reviews
  • Monthly growth reports
  • Strategic recommendations

Explain:

  • What happened
  • Why it happened
  • What should happen next

Reports should focus on business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

  • Why is traffic not turning into revenue?

Using data rather than assumptions.

Strategic Thinking
Must think beyond advertising.
Should be capable of identifying issues related to:

  • Offer
  • Pricing

  • Follow-up systems
  • Customer experience

  • Funnel structure

Preferred Experience
Experience managing:

We are not looking for someone who can simply launch campaigns.
We are looking for someone who can look at a struggling account and identify:

  • what's broken,
  • why it's broken,
  • how to fix it,
  • and how to scale it profitably.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
