MDS Coordinator/Registered Nurse (RN)

Description

Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is currently seeking a Full-Time MDS Coordinator , with 3-5 years of experience, to join our team in a smaller, close-knit community. This role requires strong nurse managerial experience to ensure excellence in resident care and compliance. MDS experience in a senior care setting is required along with a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Familiarity with the electronic medical records is a plus.
