Empire Care Centers is expanding our clinical leadership team at Buckhead Center for Nursing & Healing and seeking an experienced LTC nurse to step into the role of MDS Director. If you have at least three years of long-term care experience, enjoy assessment and care planning, and are ready to grow into a highly valued leadership position, this is an exceptional opportunity.

This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule, and you will have the ability to participate in creating your hours while ensuring the needs of the MDS department are met.

We provide comprehensive MDS training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to succeed in this specialized clinical leadership track.
