Location: Tadepalli & Penamaluru
Salary: ₹30,000 + Incentives (based on performance)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated MDS Periodontist to join our growing dental practice in Tadepalli and Penamaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in diagnosing, preventing, and treating gum and periodontal diseases, along with proficiency in surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, the ability to educate patients on preventive oral health practices, and the commitment to work collaboratively within a team-oriented clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnosis and treatment planning for patients with periodontal and gum-related conditions.
• Perform scaling, root planning, flap surgeries, bone grafting, crown lengthening, and other periodontal surgical interventions with precision.
• Provide periodontal maintenance therapy and monitor patients for disease recurrence.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, preventive periodontal care, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with other dental specialists (Prosthodontists, Endodontists, Orthodontists, etc.) to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, case histories, and treatment documentation.
• Ensure a high level of infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols in the clinical environment.
• Participate in case discussions, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• MDS in Periodontics from a recognized university/institution.
• Valid dental registration and license to practice.
• Proven experience in handling a wide range of periodontal procedures (fresh postgraduates with strong clinical skills may also apply).
• Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in periodontology.
